What Does it Cost?
Annual membership runs from 1 October to 30 September though you may join or renew at any time. The fee for membership from May is £20. From July the fee reverts to the full £40, but you get the bargain “Summer-Special” rate of this fee for all of the next following year (so to 1 October 2023). For two members at the same address the reduced joint fee is £30, reverting to the full fee of £70 (but for 15 months) from 1st June. For anyone receiving pension credit, there is a reduced concessionary fee of £12.
What does the fee cover?
Your fee covers attendance until the end of September 2023 at all Harrow u3a meetings; be they on-line, in Group Leader’s homes, venues in Harrow, or in our main venue, the prestigious Harrow Arts Centre. In addition, members will receive a copy of the Harrow u3a newsletter that is published prior to each term, plus copies of the Third Age Matters magazine, that is published five times a year.

We are always sad to know that we will not be seeing some members in the future. However, we understand that there may be a variety of reasons why you may choose not to renew your membership. It would be helpful to know the reason for your decision not to renew, as there may be ways we can improve Harrow u3a for the future. Thus we would be very grateful if you feel able to share those reasons with us, to complete the following form. Thank you.
