CURRENT AFFAIRS
Current Affairs 1 - We have vacancies at the moment for group 1 so if anybody wants to come and join a vibrant, enjoyable Current Affairs we would be delighted to welcome them.
Leader: Harry
Current Affairs 3 - This group, with a maximum of 40 members, meets each Tuesday from 10.15am to 12.15pm. The Chairman for each meeting is arranged by the Group Leader. The opinions expressed are many and varied and the ensuing discussions are very lively. There are vacancies, and all are welcome.
Group Leader - Edward
Current Affairs 4 - We have 6 members who have agreed to lead a session once every 6 weeks. This gives an interesting and varied aspect to each week. The session lasts for 2 hours with a coffee break midway. We have a loyal and stable group of about 15 to 20 members but there is no necessity to attend every week.
Group Organiser - Val
Current Affairs 5 - This group, with an attendance of around twenty members, meets every two weeks 2-4 pm on a Wednesday. Seats are arranged in a semi-circle and the leader alternates each time. There are a wide range of topics and the leader ensures that everyone has an opportunity to participate in the discussion. New members are very welcome.”

Current Affairs 6 (via Zoom) Meets every Tuesday morning. The Zoom opens at 10.00am for chatting and the meeting starts at 10.30am. We have different chairman every week chosen by the group leaders. Our group have very lively and a diverse body of opinions.
