Study Groups

Harrow U3A was started by a handful of enthusiasts in June 1991. We now have more than 1,400 members, who, for the cost of a modest annual subscription, can participate in any number of almost 90 daytime study or activity groups. The courses and activities embrace academic as well as non-academic subjects, which include the following random list

Additional study groups are formed almost every term, depending essentially on the willingness of existing or new members to start another group.

We hold general MONTHLY MEETINGS in local venues, with talks by invited guest speakers on a wide range of topics. and subjects. All members are welcome. Meetings start at 10.30 am sharp, on the last THURSDAY of the month, except July, August and December. Announcements and discussions after guest speakers have finished
